We are seeking an experienced Lead, Business Product Delivery professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications and digital products. This role combines technical leadership, agile project execution, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and team mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of business applications, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using modern technologies and cloud-native architectures.
- Guide development teams through Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive technical discussions, evaluate alternative approaches, support decision-making, and resolve delivery challenges within the team.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Oversee software design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and development best practices.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, source control strategies,



and automated deployment processes to improve delivery efficiency.
- Integrate user experience, application functionality, and system architecture into cohesive and intuitive digital solutions.
- Monitor application performance and establish metrics to measure system reliability, quality, and operational success.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, governance policies, and operational procedures.
- Partner with support and customer-facing teams to troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure high system availability.
- Maintain project visibility through reporting, dashboards, resource planning, roadmap tracking, and performance metrics.
- Own technical solution delivery and ensure implementation aligns with approved designs and business expectations.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve development productivity, software quality, and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience




- Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering, product delivery, application development, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading full-stack development teams and managing end-to-end technology projects.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise applications in cloud-based environments.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical decision-making processes.

Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with:

- .NET Core / Modern .NET platforms
- React and React Native
- TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS
- Redux and up-to-date state management frameworks
