Job Overview:

As a Lead Android Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our Android applications. You will lead a team of talented developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and functionality for Android applications
- Architect and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient code that meets performance and quality standards
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Android development and advocate for their adoption as appropriate
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions




- Continuously optimize the performance, scalability, and security of Android applications

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in Android application development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
- Expertise in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages
- Strong understanding of Android application development frameworks, architecture patterns, and best practices
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and related tools
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
