Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Budgeting and Forecasting:

Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor performance against these financial targets.

- Audit Preparation:

Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to provide required documentation and ensure a smooth audit.

- Tax Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other relevant taxes. Stay updated on tax regulations and implement necessary changes.

- Internal Controls:

Establish and maintain strong internal control processes to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance with regulations.

- Financial Analysis:





Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to management.

- Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support in day-to-day accounting activities and professional development.

- Month-end Close:

Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports for management review.

- Advisory Role: Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management, helping drive strategic decision-making.
- Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Masters in Accountancy/CA-Inter/CA Qualified with Team Handling Experience.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
