Company Profile:

Our client is a reputed Pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of pharmaceutical and medical device products. The company follows established quality and regulatory standards and has a strong focus on product development and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop pharmaceutical and medical device layouts as per company guidelines and project requirements.

. Coordinate with manufacturers for layout development, revisions, approvals and finalization.

. Share final approved layouts with manufacturers as per project requirements.

. Maintain and archive final layout files in respective folders.

. Update layout status and relevant information in D365.

. Follow up with manufacturers to ensure timely completion of layout activities.

. Provide layout-related support to the Sales team.

Assist the Regulatory Affairs team with layout requirements for product registration.

. Maintain proper documentation and reporting of layout activities and KPIs.

. Perform other duties assigned by the Manager as required.

Desired Candidate:

- Graduate in any field Degree/Diploma in Design preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a reputed Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices company.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/medical device layout designing and coordination.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical/medical device designing and packaging requirements.
