About the job

This is your chance to work in a potential Unicorn Startup, We're Gerry Al, building Al tools that eliminate the manual grunt work for lawyers, starting with solo practitioners and small firms. We're currently in talks with investors for our first funding round, and we're building our early team before that raise closes.

This isn't a "make the interns do busywork" internship.

We're selective about who we bring on, because whoever earns this spot gets in at the ground floor of a company that's about to scale.

What you'll get out of this:

- Direct, hands-on mentorship from the founders - you'll sit in on real GTM and strategy decisions, not watch from the sidelines
- A real understanding of how a startup actually gets its first users, closes its first round, and scales - most law students never get this close to it
- A certificate, a solid letter of recommendation, and a reference you can actually use
- If you perform well: a full-time offer with equity. We want people who grow with us, not people who cycle through and leave

Talking to real lawyers about what slows them down, and feeding that straight back to us

Helping onboard new users so they actually stick with the product

Repping Gerry wherever lawyers and law students gather

Who gets this spot

- Lawyer/Currently studying law/Final year student/ graduated
- Genuinely well-connected - professors, seniors, law firm contacts, moot court or law society circles
- Not afraid to reach out cold when you don't have the connection already
- Wants to actually build something, not just add a line to your resume
