Role Description The Law Associate will work full time on-site at MVS LAW CHAMBERS in Telangana. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in file preparation, drafting and reviewing, following up filing details, order details, co-ordinating with company legal managers, and other legal documents, and preparing case files for hearings and trials. The role involves analyzing facts and legal issues, supporting senior lawyers in court proceedings, and communicating with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders under supervision.

Qualifications required

Strong foundation in Law especially in corporate (NBFC, HFI & HFC) and ability to handle a range of SARFAESI cases.

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and opinions.

Excellent Analytical Skills for researching case law, interpreting statutes, and assessing case strategy.

Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and courtroom support.

Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B or equivalent) from an accredited institution; enrollment with the Bar Council preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team of legal professionals and manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Attention to detail, professional ethics, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Prior internship or work experience in litigation or corporate law will be an advantage.

Having an experience of 1 year of Court practice.

CANDIDATES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT EXCEL ARE PREFERABLE.

Pay: Salary of Rs. 20000 per month excluding transportation charges for district courts in Telangana.
