The Junior Legal

Associate will support Senior Advocates in preparing Legal Reports for Lands, Flats, Apartments &

- Housing Schemes along with Legal Reports for Business Loans. Exposure to a wide range of Civil Matters, Registration of Properties, Visiting Registrar Offices.

Legal

Audit/ Due Diligence, Banking matters, including transactions, property, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate title opinion/s and purchase agreements.




- Conduct legal research on property laws, zoning regulations, and land use issues.
- Support due diligence efforts for real estate transactions, including title reviews and assessments.
- Prepare legal documents such as deeds, closing documents/ agreements.
