Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

- Diploma or Certification in Laundry Management, Housekeeping, Textile Care, or Hospitality Management is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of hospital infection control practices, linen management, and healthcare quality standards (NABH/JCI) is preferred.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in laundry operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is highly preferred.

- Experience in managing industrial laundry equipment, linen inventory, staff scheduling, and vendor coordination.

- Familiarity with healthcare linen processing standards, infection prevention protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
