: · Operate and work on specific equipment ( Flatwork ironers, folding machines and other linen processing equipment) or basic garment pressing / washing operations to produce targeted production · Perform activities such as transporting, final sorting, bundling, manual folding and packaging to ensure process completion as per Standard Operating Procedures. · Assist with deliveries at clients’ locations for timely and correct deliveries. · Count the items and complete the documentation of the items during collection and deliveries to avoid any potential disagreement. · Communicate effectively all inquiries and issues raised by clients to the immediate supervisor or person in charge to maintain and strengthen client relationships. · Follow Health and Safety policies to enhance a safe working environment. · Reports any Health and Safety hazards to the immediate supervisor for their effective mitigation.



· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time to improve departmental functionality. · Applies the Quality Policy and Quality System standards and executes all responsibilities according to the department work procedures to ensure compliance at all times.

Educational Criteria: · 10th Standard certificate. · Minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial Laundry environment.
