Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Laser Operator for sheet metal operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines, ensuring precision cutting, and maintaining quality standards in production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate laser cutting machines for sheet metal components
- Interpret technical drawings and cutting plans
- Set up machine parameters based on material and thickness
- Monitor cutting process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain production records and reports




- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with laser cutting machines (e.g., CNC Laser)
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills
- Robust attention to detail and quality

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field (preferred)

Other Requirements:

- Ability to work in shifts if required
- Physically fit for shop floor work
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
