Experience: 9+ years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare landscape layout drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details.

- Develop planting plans, hardscape plans, irrigation layouts, and site development drawings.

- Convert sketches, survey data, and design concepts into CAD drawings.

- Coordinate with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, and contractors.

- Revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and project changes.

- Ensure drawings meet project specifications, standards, and local regulations.

- Assist in preparing BOQs, material take-offs, and presentation drawings.

- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.

- Valuable understanding of landscape elements, materials, planting, and site grading.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and site plans.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drafting.

- Knowledge of construction methods and landscape execution.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
