Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee Slum Development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
- Manage Society Redevelopment initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Identify potential land acquisition opportunities and negotiate deals with landowners or brokers
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for proposed real estate projects
- Collaborate with legal teams to handle documentation and agreements related to land acquisition and development
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, including government agencies, developers, and investors
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the Real Estate sector
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports,



and updates to senior management
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree or MBA is preferred
