- Supervise day-to-day laboratory activities and staff.

- Ensure proper sample collection, handling, testing, and reporting.

- Maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate calibration/service.

- Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.

- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.

- Verify and authorize laboratory test reports.

- Maintain laboratory records and documentation accurately.

- Coordinate with doctors and other departments regarding test results.

- Train and guide laboratory technicians and support staff.

- Ensure infection control and waste disposal procedures are followed.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology / Clinical Laboratory Science.





- Minimum 3–5 years of laboratory experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control.

- Good leadership and communication skills.

- Proficiency in laboratory software and documentation.
