Role Description The Label Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves designing product labels and packaging artwork that align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements for reusable food containers.

The Label

Designer will collaborate with product, marketing, and production teams to translate product information into clear, visually appealing label designs. Day-to-day tasks include creating new label concepts, refining existing designs, preparing print-ready files, coordinating with printers and vendors, and ensuring label consistency across product lines.



The role also includes maintaining an organized library of design assets and staying updated on industry trends, materials, and printing techniques relevant to packaging and labeling.

Qualifications Proficiency in graphic design and label layout using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software.

Experience in packaging design, typography, color theory, and visual branding for consumer products.

Ability to interpret product specifications, regulatory labeling requirements, and brand guidelines into clear visual designs.

Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in text, measurements, and print specifications.

Experience working with printers, understanding of print processes, materials, and file preparation for production.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.

Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Prior experience in FMCG, food packaging, or industrial product labeling is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving brand and product needs.
