Uses knowledge of testing and procedural standards to ensure laboratory compliance with industry testing protocol, company best practices, and audit requirements. Interfaces with PSLs and customers to troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintains a high level of service quality in the laboratory to support local field operations.

Competence in multiple PSLs is often required, and management of one or more laboratories may be necessary depending upon the scope of a district.





Completion of an undergraduate degree in the sciences is typical, as well as five years of laboratory experience.
