Location: Current Delhi (on-site) | Company: Defence-tech startup building autonomous UAV systems for the Indian Armed Forces — GNSS-denied navigation, edge autopilots, swarm coordination, tactical and heavy-lift UAVs.

Note: All roles involve work on defence programmes. Indian citizenship is required. Roles involve periodic travel to field trial locations (Army/Navy establishments across India).

About the Role

Keep our UAV lab running smoothly and support the engineering team during field trials. A great entry point into the drone industry for someone organized, practical, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Manage lab inventory: components, tools, batteries, spares — tracking, ordering, stocking, and organizing.

Maintain lab equipment (3D printers, soldering stations, test benches, chargers) and enforce lab safety practices, especially LiPo battery handling and storage.

Assist engineers with UAV assembly, soldering, wiring, and bench testing.





Prepare and pack equipment for field trials; travel with the team to trial sites and provide on-ground support (setup, charging, logistics, basic repairs).

Maintain records: asset registers, battery logs, maintenance logs, and trial checklists.

Coordinate with vendors and couriers for procurement and shipments.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Mechanical, or related trade (or B.Sc./B.Tech freshers with hands-on hobby experience).

Basic soldering and hand-tool skills; comfort with computers (spreadsheets, inventory software).

Organized, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Willingness to travel for field trials across India.

Preferred

Prior experience in a hardware lab, drone workshop, or RC hobby background.

Two-wheeler/four-wheeler licence for local logistics runs.
