Role Summary:

Own complex production issues, provide architectural guidance, lead problem management, and deliver permanent solutions for high-priority incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve critical production incidents (P1/P2).

- Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

- Design and review customizations, extensions, and integrations.

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex batch and integration issues.

- Review X++ customizations, data entities, APIs, and integration architecture.

- Lead major releases, deployments, and change implementation.

- Engage Microsoft Support for product defects when required.

- Define support standards, best practices, and knowledge management.

- Provide technical leadership to L1 and L2 teams.

Skills

- Deep expertise in D365 F&O; architecture and X++

- Azure DevOps, integrations (OData, Data Management Framework, Dual-write, APIs)

- Performance tuning, security, and environment management

- Robust experience with enterprise ERP support and governance

- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
