:

- 4+ years designing and managing multiple Active Directory Forests and Domains for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 5000 users).
- 4+ years of experience administering DNS, DHCP and PKI.
- Experience with configuring Group Policy Objects to secure a Windows infrastructure.
- Experience with complex scripting leveraging PowerShell.
- Experience working at an AD 2008, 2012 functional level and migration to 2016 functional level preferred.
- Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred.
- Experience of Different type of tools to isolate the Active Directory issues.
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, to include Server 2012/16 and 2019 operating systems.





Ø Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management.Ø Knowledge on On-premise Exchange and O365 Service is added advantage.Ø Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating of technical documentation.
- 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting
- Incident Management &

• Escalation- Ticket Status Check and Update.

- Change Management - Change Raising to facilitate incident resolution &

• Problem resolution.

- Problem Management &

• RCA - Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 &

• Severity 2 calls

- Adaptable to work on shifts and Very good communication skills
