The Integration Specialist will support delivery of the Treasury Management Solution (Kyriba) by developing, configuring, and validating integrations across Kyriba, banking partners, and the enterprise treasury ecosystem. The role demands hands-on technical proficiency in API and SFTP-based integrations, financial message formats (ISO 20022), and payment data flows, ensuring secure and accurate exchange between systems such as Kyriba, banks, and NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Design &

- Build

- Configure and validate Kyriba integrations for inbound and outbound data flows (payments, statements, acknowledgments, funding instructions).

- Develop and maintain secure SFTP interfaces and file-based integrations with banks and treasury systems.

- Utilize Kyriba Open Suite APIs and standard message formats (ISO 20022 pain.001, camt.053, camt.054, BAI2, MT940/942).

- Support mapping and testing of Kyriba interfaces with NetSuite (ERP-side build handled by Gurus).

- Perform CUT deployments, environment validations, and release packaging.

Operationalization &

- Documentation

- Document interface specifications, file structures, field mappings, and exception handling logic.





- Support Kyriba connectivity certification and end-to-end validation for in-scope banks (Bank of America, Westpac, ASB, Mora Banc).

- Implement monitoring, automated reconciliation, and alerting scripts post go-live.

Collaboration &

- Governance

- Work with onshore Kyriba functional consultant and architects to maintain interface consistency and audit readiness.

- Participate in agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and defect triage sessions.

- Contribute to knowledge transfer, test evidence documentation, and cut-over preparation.

Required Skills &

- Experience:Technical Skills

- Expertise in API integration, SFTP automation, and financial messaging standards (ISO 20022/XML, BAI2, MT940/942).

- Familiarity with authentication and security protocols (OAuth2, TLS, PGP encryption).

- Basic scripting proficiency (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for file validation and automation.

Soft Skills

- Solid communication and documentation abilities.

- Analytical approach to debugging and resolving interface issues.

- Ability to coordinate across onshore/offshore and multi-vendor teams in an agile setup.
