Role Summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.

- Clean kitchen equipment, workstations, floors and stewarding areas.

- Ensure a continuos supply of clean uthensils for kitchen & resturant operations.

- Collect, segregate & dispose of waste as per hygiene standards.

- Follow food safety, hygiene & sanitation procedures.

- Handle cleaning chemicals & equipment safely.

- Report damaged utensils, equipment or maintenance issues.

- Assist the kitchen team with cleaning & other utility duties as assigned.

- Maintain personal hygiene & wear the prescribed uniform & PPE.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
