About The Role This is a Monday to Friday position with occasional overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Slicing, trimming, and cutting meat to required specifications
- Identifying and working with various cuts of meat
- Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Adhering to workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Assisting with general production and processing duties as required
- Contributing to a productive and efficient work environment
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Knife Hand, Meat Processor, Butcher, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat
- Proven ability to safely and efficiently use knives and cutting equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- A proactive attitude with the ability to show initiative
- Excellent personal hygiene and food safety awareness
- A strong work ethic and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Reliable transport and a dependable attendance record
