- Experience in the Used Car Industry – You understand market dynamics and dealer needs.
- Field Sales Expertise – Proven ability to engage with dealers and drive on-the-ground operations.
- Travel Ready – Willingness to travel within your region (up to 5 hours) for market building and dealer onboarding.
- Excel Skills – Comfortable with data tracking and analysis.
- Communication Skills – Fluent in Hindi, English,
and the local language (based on location).
