Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Travel Consultant based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Travel Consultant will assist in managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel plans,
and ensuring seamless travel management. Daily tasks include customer service, handling reservations, and coordinating with travel providers to fulfil client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience in making Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Robust Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with International travel destinations and requirements
