Role Description:

The Junior Tracking Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves monitoring and tracking the movement of vehicles and shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.

The Junior Tracking

Manager will coordinate with drivers and operations teams, update tracking systems, and maintain accurate records of transport activities. The role also includes responding to delays or route changes, communicating status updates to internal stakeholders,



and supporting incident resolution. The individual will assist in optimizing routes, improving tracking processes, and contributing to overall transport efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in logistics coordination, fleet tracking, and route monitoring
- English and Hindi proficiency; additional regional or foreign languages are a plus
- Proficiency in using tracking software, transport management systems, and basic MS Office tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, operations teams, and other stakeholders
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and basic analytical skills for reporting and performance monitoring
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, 24/7 logistics environment with shift flexibility
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling delays or disruptions
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with international transport processes and documentation is beneficial
