Role Description The Junior Social Media Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for designing and producing social media graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include creating visual assets for various social platforms, assisting with logo and branding elements, collaborating with the marketing team on campaign concepts, and adapting designs for different formats and devices.



The role also involves maintaining consistency in typography and visual style, preparing files for publishing, and contributing creative ideas to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing social media content.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and refinement of brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to ensure transparent, readable, and impactful designs.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar applications).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.
- Ability to follow creative direction, work within deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating social media design work or other relevant design projects.
