Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

- Source candidates through Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn and social media.
- Search internal databases for suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Source candidates through referrals and job postings.

Candidate Screening

- Screen resumes against client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain candidate records.

Recruitment Coordination

- Schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and recruiters.
- Send interview confirmations.
- Follow up with candidates after interviews.

Database Management

- Maintain recruitment trackers.
- Update ATS and Excel records.
- Organize candidate documentation.
- Build talent pools for future requirements.

Candidate Follow-up

- Maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Collect documents.
- Coordinate medical, passport and basic documentation (after training).
- Ensure timely responses from candidates.

Job Posting

- Publish job advertisements.
- Update job portals.
- Manage social media hiring posts.
- Assist in employer branding activities.

Team Support

- Assist senior recruiters.
- Learn recruitment processes.
- Support bulk hiring campaigns.
- Participate in recruitment drives.

Preferred Qualifications
