Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Pune District (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

CTC Range: ₹3–6 LPA

Role Summary

We are looking for a agile and technically solid Sales Engineer to support business development and customer engagement for our engineering and material handling equipment division.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical understanding along with the ability to build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and provide solution-oriented technical sales support.

Candidates with prior experience in material handling equipment, industrial equipment, heavy engineering, bridge equipment, lifting systems, or infrastructure-related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors,



and industrial customers

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions

Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and sales proposals

Conduct technical discussions, product presentations, and client meetings

Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for technical clarifications

Support business development activities and market expansion initiatives

Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order finalization

Provide technical support and after-sales coordination to customers

Maintain records of client interactions, quotations, and project updates

Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong technical and commercial understanding

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications

Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
