Role & Responsibilities Proactively source, screen, and engage high-potential candidates for international clients across tech, finance, and operations roles.

Conduct preliminary interviews, assess cultural fit, and maintain accurate candidate notes in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Zoho Recruit).

Build and nurture talent pipelines for high-volume hiring needs using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards.

Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones with zero slippage.

Track KPIs (interview-to-offer ratio, time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) and optimize outreach sequences for higher conversion.





Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience workflows.
