Role Description This remote internship role as a Junior Recruiter focuses on supporting full-cycle recruitment activities for Marketing Boutique’s growing team. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, and assisting with initial interviews and candidate communications.

The Junior

Recruiter will help maintain applicant tracking systems, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The role also involves drafting job descriptions,

Qualifications
