Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive to support the procurement team by raising purchase orders, maintaining procurement records, and coordinating internally for material delivery and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved indents and quotations
- Ensure accuracy of PO details (item description, quantity, rate, GST, delivery location)
- Maintain PO records, invoices, delivery challans, and supporting documents
- Update procurement data regularly in ERP / Excel
- Coordinate with the Procurement Executive for order status and delivery updates
- Follow internal procurement SOPs and approval workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of procurement and purchase processes
- Hands-on experience in raising Purchase Orders
- Good command of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Good internal coordination skills
