We are looking for a Production Engineer who can help enhance our goodwill, product quality, and overall efficiency. The idealcandidate should bereadyto take on challenges, proactively solve problems, and communicate effectively in any situation.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the manufacturing process to ensure high-quality production.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Utilize CAD software to assist in designing and modifying machinery components.
- Identify and trouble shoot technical issues in the production process.
- Ensure quality control measures are followed throughout the manufacturing process.




- Work closely with different departments to streamline operations and reduce in efficiencies.
- Lead team-building initiatives to maintain a productive and motivated workforce.
- Stay updated with industry advancements to implement creative solutions.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

- CAD software proficiency(AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Experience in machinery production and assembly
- Knowledge of BOM.
- Knowledge of Fabrication.
- Knowledge of Sheet metal Operations.
- Vendor meeting and follow-up.
- Knowledge of welding Process.
- Must have work in machine manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, MSOffice, and Word
- Ability to edit and manage sheets efficiently

Communication Skills

- Strong collaboration and team workability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Problem-Solving:
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
