Role Description The Junior Package Designer will support the design and development of reusable food container packaging, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines, functionality requirements, and sustainability goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in concept creation, preparing design layouts, collaborating with senior designers and production teams, and refining packaging designs based on feedback.

The role involves coordinating with manufacturing to ensure designs are feasible, preparing files for printing and production, and maintaining organized design documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore,



requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams in the facility.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in package design, graphic design, and visual communication, with the ability to translate concepts into practical packaging solutions.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools used for packaging and print-ready artwork.
- Basic understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural design for packaging, especially in food-safe and reusable products.
- Strong attention to detail, layout accuracy, and quality control in preparing design files and reviewing samples.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with designers, production teams, and other stakeholders on-site.
- Ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Packaging Technology, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in sustainable packaging and environmentally responsible design practices is highly beneficial.
