Key Responsibilities: Recruit and develop Insurance Advisors / Agents Build a strong, active team and drive productivity Support team in client meetings, lead generation & policy closing Achieve business targets through team performance Train and mentor advisors on sales strategies, products & client handling Ensure persistency and long-term client relationships Ideal Candidate: Experience in insurance, BFSI, or sales team handling Robust network and ability to attract quality candidates Leadership mindset with hands-on approach Target-driven and self-motivated personality Passion for income growth and team building What We Offer: Attractive income performance incentives bonuses Unlimited earning potential (no cap mindset needed )
