Role & responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day site execution activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Supervise construction work and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors for smooth project execution.

- Monitor work progress and report daily activities to senior engineers.

- Verify measurements and maintain work records, checklists, and site documentation.

- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies at the project site.

- Assist in material planning, receipt, and inventory monitoring.

- Support inspection and testing of construction materials and executed work.

- Identify site issues and escalate them to the reporting manager with suitable solutions.

- Participate in project meetings and maintain progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- candidates with up to 2 years of experience in construction/project execution are encouraged to apply.
