We're hiring junior developers who want to grow fast in a company that ships. You'll write code that reaches production, review your teammates' work, and learn the full lifecycle from ideas to deploy. If you like moving quickly, digging into how things actually work, and treating AI as a tool you supervise rather than trust blindly, you'll fit right in. What you'll do

Ship features in TypeScript / JavaScript across the stack

Review your teammates' PRs including AI-authored ones through the architecture, delivery, and security lenses

Write and tune SQL against real data

Work close to the whole software development cycle: design → build → review → test → deploy → iterate

What you need (must-haves)

Solid TypeScript or JavaScript​: async/await, types as a design tool rather than decoration

SQL you wrote yourself — joins, indexes, and a rough sense of what makes a query slow

Git competence: branches, rebase vs merge, reading a diff, resolving a conflict without panicking

HTTP and REST:



status codes, auth headers, what actually crosses the wire The habit of verifying: you ran it, you read the error, you can point at the line

PR review instinct: you can look at a change - human- or AI-authored and reason about architecture, delivery, and security

Strong fundamentals and a research mindset. You enjoy figuring out what you don't yet know

Nice to have

Other languages you've actually shipped (Java, Python, Go — anything)

Experience working alongside AI coding tools

Side projects or open-source work that show you build for fun
