? Shift: Australian Shift M-F (3:00 AM- 12 PM IST)
Key Responsibilities
✔Manage customer queries via calls, emails, and text.
✔Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
✔Coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
✔Build solid client relationships and encourage customer reviews after successful issue resolution.
✔Handling post-sales services, direct client handling, and enhancing customer reviews.
Requirements
✔ 2–4 years of Customer Service experience.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage Australian clients.
✔ Experience in escalation handling and customer relationship management.
✔ Experience in a blended support environment is preferred.
