About the Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Junior Creative Strategist to join our performance marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, consumer behavior, and performance-driven content. You will work closely with account managers, designers, video editors, and performance marketers to develop creative concepts that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis, trend research, and creative audits to identify winning content ideas.
- Support the creation of creative strategy decks, campaign concepts, and content briefs.
- Research high-performing advertisements, UGC content, and influencer campaigns to generate fresh creative ideas.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure creative execution aligns with campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and derive creative insights from key metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and engagement.
- Stay updated with platform trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.




- Assist in planning content calendars and campaign ideation for multiple brands.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, or Performance Marketing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and social media platforms.
- Strong research, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.
- Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and consumer psychology.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of UGC content and influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics and ad creatives.
- Strong storytelling and copy ideation skills.
