About the Role

As a Junior Data Analyst at TÜV SÜD, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across various platforms. Your work will involve the collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization of user behavior, campaign performance and overall sales revenue generate. You will collaborate closely with the Analytics Consultants, Key Stakeholders and Data and Web Engineers to understand and develop data models and reports for these stakeholders.

You goal is to contribute to the development and progression of key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights that drive business forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the collection, organization, and cleaning of data from various platforms and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify initial trends, patterns, and anomalies in behavior and marketing campaign performance.
- Learn and apply data visualization techniques using platforms like Power BI or Tableau to create explicit and insightful reports and dashboards for business and technical stakeholders.




- Work with the Data Engineering team to contribute to the development of aggregated datasets suitable for analysis.
- Assist in defining and developing key product metrics and KPIs to track platform performance and user engagement.
- Contribute to A/B tests and analyze the results to provide data-backed recommendations for platform optimisation.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from different business units related to platform performance and user behavior.
- Communicate key insights and findings from analysis to relevant business teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate and strive for data-driven alignment across a global organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proficient in interpreting complex datasets to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing measurement frameworks for continuous improvement.
- Ability to provide data-driven recommendations that influence business decisions and strategies, with strong communication skills to present findings effectively.
- Skilled in partnering with various business areas to integrate data insights into decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
