Role: Junior Automotive Technician - Denter/Fabricator

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Support: Assist senior denters and fabricators with daily repair, panel beating, and fabrication tasks.

- Tool Management: Prepare, arrange, and maintain required materials, tools, and equipment for the team.

- Assembly Assistance: Hold and position parts during repair; assist in panel alignment and dent removal activities.

- Fabrication & Welding: Provide basic support for welding and fabrication work as directed by the supervisor.

- Workshop Maintenance: Ensure the work area is clean and organized; assist in moving heavy panels or equipment.

- Safety Compliance:



Strictly follow all workshop safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

- Experience: 1+years of experience in a similar helper or junior technician role (Automotive workshop preferred).

- Skills: Basic knowledge of denting, fabrication, and common workshop tools.

- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and heavy lifting.

- Education: ITI or technical training is a significant advantage.

- Soft Skills: Willingness to learn, discipline, and a robust team-player attitude.
