- 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and rendering presentations for clients.
- Site Execution: Conduct regular site visits and supervision to ensure construction aligns with drawing details.
- Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and design leads throughout project stages.
Skills &
Requirements • AutoCAD: Proficiency in 2D drafting and working drawings (Must-have).
- 3D Software: Strong skills in modeling and rendering tools like SketchUp, D5 Render, V-Ray, or similar.
- Revit: Basic knowledge is a bonus (Note: BIM expertise is NOT required).
