Kulkarni has led the design and execution of numerous large-scale projects, including the acclaimed Adlabs Imagica, a popular theme park in India with 22 attractions, 5 restaurants, a 5-star hotel, and a water park. Other notable projects include a 200+ room resort in Bahrain, a 120+ room hotel in Bhopal, and various thematic restaurants and residential villas across India. Our firm has successfully completed projects in over 10 cities across India and internationally, showcasing our versatility and commitment to excellence.

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Architect with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to handle various aspects of project execution. This role involves working closely with Ar.

Manisha

Kulkarni on complex and large-scale projects, including theme parks, water parks, resorts, hotels, and residential complexes.

Responsibilities

- Conduct creative research for designing projects.




- Develop detailed architectural working drawings.
- Create 3D models using SketchUp and render them in Lumion, Enscape, or Vray.
- Perform site visits to inspect and ensure project adherence to design specifications.
- Understand and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and structural drawings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and service consultants to gather project details and ensure technical coordination.
- Assist in project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or higher.
- 1-4 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion or Vray, and MS Office.
- Strong creative and innovative design skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
