We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to assist in handling banking and financial litigation matters. The candidate will support senior advocates in legal research, drafting, case preparation, court appearances, and client coordination related to banking disputes and recovery proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft legal notices, replies, pleadings, affidavits, and applications.
- Conduct legal research on banking laws, RBI regulations, and relevant case laws.
- Assist in matters before DRT, DRAT, Civil Courts, High Courts, and other judicial forums.
- Prepare case files, documentation, and evidence for hearings.
- Coordinate with bank officials, clients, and legal teams.
- Handle documentation related to loan recovery, SARFAESI Act, NPA matters, and cheque bounce cases.
- Attend court proceedings and assist senior advocates during hearings.
- Maintain case records, hearing schedules, and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and filing deadlines.

Qualifications
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the State Bar Council.

- Proficiency in MS Word and legal research databases.
