Role Description The Junior Accounts Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bagru. The role involves assisting with daily accounting operations such as recording transactions, handling petty cash, maintaining ledgers, and supporting basic financial reporting.

The Junior Accounts

Assistant will help monitor payments and receipts, support credit control activities,



and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for documentation and clarifications. The position also includes preparing simple reconciliations, organizing invoices and vouchers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic Accounting and Finance skills, including familiarity with ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in Credit Control and handling Petty Cash operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software or ERPs commonly used for bookkeeping.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to follow established processes and timelines are essential.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance will be an advantage.
