Role Overview

Seeking an organized Accountant to handle invoicing, inventory, account reconciliations, and basic export documentation for a company selling mechanised cleaning equipment and spare parts in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing & Quotations: Draft quotations, proforma invoices, purchase invoices, and GST/export tax invoices.

- Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate stock records for equipment and spare parts; perform stock reconciliations.

- Export Documentation: Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and assist with shipping bills/e-way bills.

- Account Reconciliation: Conduct bank, customer, and vendor ledger reconciliations to manage receivables and payables.

Key Requirements

- Education & Experience: B.Com with 2 years of accounting experience in trading or equipment sales.

- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Odoo ERP and MS Excel.

- Key Knowledge: Grasp of GST, E-Way bills, and basic export accounting procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
