KCP Eco Energy is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounts team. The selected candidate will assist with daily accounting entries, billing, invoice verification, bank reconciliation, GST-related documentation, and financial record maintenance.

This role is suitable for candidates who want to build a long-term career in accounting, finance, taxation, and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions accurately using Tally ERP or accounting software.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, payment, and receipt entries.
- Assist with invoice preparation, billing, and supporting documentation.
- Verify purchase bills, vendor invoices, and payment-related records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist with ledger verification.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Support the preparation of GST-related documents and tax records.
- Assist with TDS entries, statutory documentation, and compliance activities.
- Organize physical and digital accounting files.
- Support senior accountants during monthly closing, audits, and financial reporting.
- Prepare basic Excel reports and assist with MIS documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors when required.





Qualifications and Skills
- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or an audit firm.
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a CA firm, audit office, EPC company, construction company, or renewable energy company is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and GST documentation.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel features is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
