- Write code while maintaining the quality and hygiene of code.
- Learn to make your code readable, relatable, and referenceable and practice it with all your work.
- Assist your team members in their code.
- Develop websites, solutions, and features on multiple projects.
- Involvement in developing websites/web apps/software that is scalable and has many features that tens of thousands of people use daily.
- Help the core founding team at times by involving in any special projects.
- Present your and your team’s work to teams in other parts of the world.
- If needed, travel to our other locations or client locations in the US, UK, Dubai, and Singapore to facilitate the workflow.

Skills and relevant experience:We will be looking at you for the below skills and relevant experience.

- You should have at least 1 year of experience coding web apps/websites and building complex functionalities and have completed at least 12 months in your current organization.
- You should be good with Core php, mysql, javascript, ajax with regards to backend.
- You should have beginner-level experience in HTML, CSS, and javascript, so for a straightforward page layout that could take 15 minutes,



we are not waiting for a front end personnel to do it the next day.
- You should have good experience working with the Database and handling merging, distribution and mashing up of the data programmatically.
- You are confident in presenting your work to project managers and other teams in other parts of the world.
- You are positive at writing business emails, replying to client queries, have good spoken English and overall are a good communicator

Expected from you:Week 1:

- Completing HR induction meeting (Day1) and complete all formalities.
- Meet the team, build rapport.
- Start your basic training with our software.

Month 1:

- Completely learn the software
- Able to build functional interfaces in backend admin
- Able to build functional interfaces in users' dashboard
- Able to build funcitonal interfaces in front end.
- Able to mix, merge, play, with data, while showing reports and automation.

Month 2:

- Complete 4 tiny to small projects, with 90% success ratio.

Month 3 onwards:

- Complete 2 tiny to small projects with 100% success ratio.
- Complete 2 mid-level projects with 100% success ratio.
- Complete 1 big project with 100% success ratio.
- This, every month, parallelly.
