Key Responsibilities

- Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and equipment.

- Request and compare quotations (RFQs) from vendors.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).

- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts departments.

- Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.

- Support vendor development and performance evaluation.

- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages.

- Assist in price negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.

- Basic understanding of engineering materials and specifications.

- Good negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of procurement experience.

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, or related field.

Pay: ₹25,864.28 - ₹30,130.83 per month
