1. Collaborate with the Project Managers and development team to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.

2. Develop test cases based on functional and technical specifications.

3. Execute test cases manually.

4. Organizing and monitoring the defect management process.

5. Handling changes and conducting regression tests.

6. Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and issues.

7. Document and track defects using issue tracking systems (Zoho / Jira / Trello, etc.).

8. Work closely with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve reported issues.

9. Verify bug fixes and ensure that resolved issues meet acceptance criteria.

10. Continuously improve and optimize QA processes and procedures.

11. Implement best practices for software quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.

12. Generate detailed test reports and metrics to communicate QA status to stakeholders.

13. Executing sanity, smoke, UI, and functional testing for Websites and Mobile Apps is a plus.

14. Executing test cases using automated testing tools is a plus.





Requirements

1. Male candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer(Manual)/software tester

2. Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

3. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Zoho, MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.

4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

5. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.

6. Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.

7. Proficiency in using issue tracking systems.

8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Good communication and collaboration abilities.

10. Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and excellence.

11. Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.

12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

13. Certification in Software Testing is a plus.
