Rekha Interior is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive to join our procurement team in Pune. This role is ideal for fresh Diploma graduates in Interior Design who are eager to build a career in procurement and material coordination within the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing and quotations.

Prepare and process purchase orders.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries.

Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor information.

Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements.

Compare quotations and assist in selecting cost-effective suppliers.





Track inventory requirements and support procurement planning.

Prepare reports and maintain documentation using MS Excel.

Qualifications Diploma in Interior Design.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fittings.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in the procurement field.
