Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Engineer – Execution with hands-on experience in real estate construction projects. The candidate must have robust exposure to Mivan shuttering systems, RCC works, and finishing activities, ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute day-to-day site activities as per project plans and timelines

- Supervise and monitor Mivan formwork activities, ensuring proper alignment, quality, and safety compliance

- Oversee RCC works including slab, beam, column, and wall construction

- Manage and coordinate finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and fixtures

- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow

- Track material usage and ensure minimal wastage

- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations

- Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution
